DCMN is growing fast and is getting more and more international. To keep us growing strong, we're looking for a competent, accurate and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee DACH (m/f) to help us scale our business on a global scale, directly from our headquarters in Berlin.
Our DCMN Management Trainee Programme is a special development programme for young graduates. Designed to give participants best-in-class hands-on-training, it is your passport to a successful career within our company.

Identify potential new digital customers in German speaking countries
Connect with the decision makers of today's digital world and build long-term relationships
Make cold calls and uphold activity levels
Use our CRM platform to maintain a visible pipeline and KPI dashboard
Work closely with the management
Inspire other digital companies to scale their business
Acquire new customers in German speaking countries for marketing campaigns, in particular for TV and online performance marketing campaigns
Take responsibility for the whole sales process – from the first contact until the signing of a contract, whilst supported by our team of experts
Master or Bachelor degree in marketing or any related field
Our applicants are usually in the top 10-20% of their peer group or have achieved similar results in their working environments
Not afraid of doing cold calls
Very strong motivation to make an exceptionally successful career within our company
Previous practical work experience within a startup and / or in the field of performance marketing for digital brands is a big plus
Excellent communication skills, Fluent in German (mother tongue) and in English
Efficient and result oriented working style
Availability of 9+ months
