Brief Description

We are currently seeking an International Field Marketing Manager-Germany to join the Dunkin' Brands team!

Purpose of Position:

This job contributes to Dunkin’ Brands success by managing the development and implementation of integrated PR and marketing plans and initiatives for Germanic Markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) . The focus will be on aggressive Social Media, Digital/Mobile, PR and local store marketing/guerilla, to support sales growth.

Detailed Description

Day to Day Accountabilities:

Ø Leads the development of multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies, programming plans and implementation for marketing activities within the specifics region by creating, managing, and tracking marketing timelines and budgets.

Ø Presents marketing strategies and execution details to senior leadership of Dunkin’ Brands and licensees.

Ø Manages execution details of marketing and promotion plans and initiatives with visual merchandising and visual communications partners.

Ø Ensures top class multi-channel activation and in-store execution. Regular store visits are instrumental.

Ø Works collaborative with agencies and licensees to create/maintain a relevant Social Media platform: content calendars, sponsored campaigns, explore new channels. Content management and follow up/measure results.

Ø Hands on guerrilla/local store marketing activations to drive traffic to the stores.

Ø Leads mobile applications in liaison with local agencies. Content, results tracking.

Ø Aligns and communicates marketing strategies to senior leadership of Dunkin’ Brands, regional partners and/or franchisees on a regular basis to alignment and support for programs and initiatives.

Ø Leads effort to track marketing performance, gather consumer insights, and analyze or evaluate program effectiveness. Share findings with business units, and corporate to integrate findings into future marketing activities and initiatives

Ø Establishes strong relationships with licensees, to harvest their creative input and lead the local innovation in new products and product extensions, as well as marketing and PR tactics to promote the brands.

Ø Leads cross-functional teams in support of marketing activities. Coordinates with licensees to ensure marketing and communication initiatives are aligned with the agreed goals and the regional brand strategic direction. Enables strong PR and marketing initiatives within each market to support aggressive store growth and drive market share gains.

Ø Manages relationships with internal and external creative teams, agencies, and vendors to develop integrated customer communication materials. Creates and maintains strategic marketing tools for licensee teams to use in the execution of initiatives at the store level.

Ø Sales reports, forecast, analytics. AdFund management. Quarterly licensee meetings, lead uses of the money

Project Accountabilities:

Project Team Member

  • Participate in the initiation and planning phases by gathering project data and requirements and providing input on project activities and timing.
  • Utilize project management tools and disciplines to complete project assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Help identify and resolve project
  • -related risks and issues. Participate in the evaluation of the project by giving input for post-project evaluations and lessons learned.

    Project Manager

  • Primary responsibility for the planning, execution and evaluation of the project.
  • Select, direct and provide coaching and feedback to the project team.
  • Monitor and report project status to the team, sponsors and leadership.
  • Utilize project management tools and disciplines to execute project processes, including: risk management, issues resolution, change management, quality assurance, and document management.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed, with quality, in a timely manner.
  • Lead project evaluation and close.

  • Job Requirements

    Education/Experience: · 5-7 years of Brand or Field Marketing experience
    · College degree in Business, MBA with specialization in Marketing Management preferred
    · QSR experience preferred
    · Relationship management with business partners
    · Direct experience in social media, mobile, advertising, sales promotion, media agencies, PR or comparable retail position.
    · Proven experience in developing marketing programs.
    · Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in German and English
    · Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    · Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
    · Ability to lead or assist leadership on cross-functional and cultural teams
