We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to help shape Monotype's brand in Germany at a crucial interface and leverage the potential in one of the most powerful markets in Europe. The position will be based in Berlin and will primarily serve the DACH market, but will also support other EMEA regional activities as directed by the EMEA Marketing Director. The Marketing Manager will be part of Monotype's global Revenue Marketing team headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts, USA, as well as a regional business unit working interdisciplinary, holistically, and always as one team.

EMEA Marketing Manager – Demand Generation (m/f) Mission Hands-on execution of marketing programs that generate demand and pipeline for Monotype products and services. Drive creative, smart demand generation activities including content marketing, email, search, account-based marketing and sponsorships. Work with Marketing Operations team in US Headquarters to create campaigns, landing pages, and forms that apply industry best practices for increasing conversion, and that are properly integrated with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other systems.
Track and analyse campaign effectiveness and work with EMEA Marketing Director to prioritise resources based on performance. Constantly research and find creative demand generation channels, properties, communities and technology. Partner internally and externally with digital-driven talents in Berlin’s pioneering environment. Learn from Monotype’s tremendous amount of large client relationships to anticipate their future needs.
Work with global Product Marketing team to ensure Sales has all necessary enablement materials. Manage regional marketing dashboard of key performance metrics and return on investment. Provide support for external events including trade shows, conferences, etc. Requirements 5 years of marketing experience with at least 3 focused on demand generation.
Experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, ground level feedback from sales, and understanding of the business. Marketing automation and CRM system experience required (we use Marketo and Salesforce) Ability to execute quickly in fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate both internal and external resources. A positive, results-oriented attitude with energy, integrity, accountability, and a great sense of humor.
