Performance Culture manages the environment in which individuals learn, develop and apply themselves to make substantial contributions and have sustainable impact at Zalando. As the P&O Lead, you are the architect of Performance Culture at Zalando.

Lead P&O - Performance Culture (Zonar) The Performance Culture Lead is a new role residing in the People Experience & Organisation Insights team.

Your tasks
  • You will focus on leading the conceptualisation, design and launch of data-driven performance management & development solutions for Zalando
  • You will also find solutions that compliment practices focusing on such topics as Learning, Leadership Development, Organisational Development, and Culture & Engagement
  • You will partner with colleagues and senior stakeholders to manage the analysis of data integrity, accuracy and usability for intelligent Performance Culture applications
  • You will play a central role in implementing Zonar, our feedback system, and provide support to leaders in facilitating change and engaging Zalandos with new performance-related processes
  • In addition to your day-to-day activities you will be involved in upcoming projects and drive Performance Culture innovation
  • You will work on implementing strategies to overcome potential issues encountered when managing performance of diverse teams
  • You will lead the establishment of a Performance Culture topic area by sharing insights based on a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology
What we expect from you
  • You have experience in working both as a subject matter expert and an advisor, with your core competencies around business development initiatives and performance management
  • For you, working with and interpreting statistical data and analytical models is a breeze
  • Designing and launching methods to assist with identifying, measuring, and managing performance as well as continuously improving performance processes, reviews, and appraisals is also one of your strengths
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in delivering high-quality results as you are always on the lookout for improvements
  • Your strong communication skills, in addition to your ability to influence and convey complex issues simply, give you an edge
  • You are proficient in conceptualising, designing, and supporting the delivery of critical Performance Culture assets
  • You are a natural at applying technology to rethink and solve business problems
