Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is to own and deliver the customer acquisition strategy through digital, social and online activities to drive traffic to the E-Commerce site and generate revenue for the BLK360 product. This is a hand-on role that intrinsically links E-Commerce, Content Marketing, Content Management, User Experience and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ((( (but not limited to):
  • Manage the extended and remote EMEA digital marketing team
  • Create an EMEA customer acquisition plan in line with the Global BLK360 product strategy and Global E-Commerce team to ensure synergies through SEO
  • Create Content that will engage, educate and inform customers through the use of digital and social marketing technics
  • Develop and maintain the marketing calendar aligned with the other EMEA countries
  • Create synergy and consistency of content across the EMEA region
  • Manage and update content on the UK E-Commerce site to ensure key products are featured prominently and any upsell opportunities are maximised
  • Drive demand generation and optimise E-Commerce conversion
  • Define and drive changes to impact conversion rate and revenue generation
  • Manage and monitor Traffic Driving programs including: Email, Social Media, SEM, SEO
  • Track all aspects of E-Commerce and campaign performance through analytics
  • Make data-driven recommendations for changes or improvements to platforms or processes
  • Be responsible for the creation of all products within the website Content Management System (CMS) and the continuous maintenance and improvement of all product content
  • Initiate continuous optimisation of the E-Commerce site and digital marketing channels to drive greater traffic, conversion and revenue.
  • Focus on continuous improvement by constantly identifying and improving the customer journey and user experience
  • Measure, monitor and report on user engagement on the site and respond proactively to increase engagement and purchase rate
  • Develop content and campaigns then implement through digital, online and social media channels
  • Creating strong relationships with the immediate and extended teams to ensure continuous delivery of the customer promise, and sorting out issues quickly and efficiently
  • Working closely with the Operations team to ensure optimum stock levels are maintained
  • Manage all 3rd party relationships with local agencies and suppliers, including web developers
  • Work with Salesforce CRM for lead management and reporting
  • Maintenance of CRM data for email marketing purposes and housekeeping tasks relating to the email system
  • Enhance the measurement of digital, online marketing activities through reporting and Google Analytics

  • Managing delivery under pressure and in conjunction with stakeholders from other departments

  • QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Managing a remote team to drive synergy and consistency
  • Digital experience within an environment focused on the growth of Ecommerce channels
  • Experience in driving up Ecommerce performance including repeat business
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce, how websites operate and function
  • Good experience of web analytics tools to interrogate KPI's including traffic, conversion, and average order value and the ability to offer well-presented insights based on findings
  • Proven track record in managing E-commerce marketing channels
  • Strong creative drive, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Be familiar with Social Media and its influence on revenue generation
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing software preferably Salesforce and Eloqua
  • Must be exceptionally data driven / analytical so they can spot patterns and trends in the data and therefore predict customer behaviour
  • A proven knowledge of SEO, PPC and Digital Marketing techniques
  • Workable knowledge of content management and HTML
  • Customer lifecycle marketing experience
  • Consistently demonstrate and communicate benefits of digital engagement in the customer lifecycle
  • Can-do attitude and resilience
  • Analytical, methodical, technical, creative, excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines


  • LANGUAGE:
    English (fluent written and verbal) is a pre-requisite.

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
    Some domestic and international travel may be required for this role

    COMPUTER SKILLS:
  • Fluent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • CRM and Email Management Systems Preferably Salesforce and Eloqua
  • Workable knowledge of Content Management Systems
  • Have experience and good knowledge of how to manage and maintain an E-Commerce site.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and others
