  • Lead collaboration with internal Product, Sales and Comms teams to understand the HERE product portfolio and to stay connected to evolving business goals and strategies
  • Ensure business goals and strategies are reflected in Marketing plans and that associated KPI are aligned with stakeholder expectations
  • Lead development and execution of inbound and engagement marketing programs across all global and regional channels including, but not limited to campaigns, content marketing, events, and social marketing.
  • Lead development and execution of marketing programs that drive awareness and strengthen the HERE relationship with developers throughout their lifecycle
  • Define event strategy identifying which events to participate in, sponsor and host from small hack-a-thons to large conferences
  • Determine the right mix and timing of content creation and publishing (e.g. videos, infographics, white papers, brochures, social media, web, etc), ensuring alignment to broader programs and themes
  • Working closely with Comms, ensure an always-on drumbeat of thought leadership in the market across channels based on agreed themes
  • Monitor progress and evaluate performance against stated business goals with the purpose of improving resource allocation, efficiency and revenue generation
  • Be a champion for next generation marketing best practices, fostering an environment of constant experimentation and learning to improve impact and return on marketing investment
  • Build, own and manage global and regional marketing budgets
  • Recruit and manage a high performing team across multiple geographies that can deliver on Marketing strategies and goals
  • 10-15 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally managing teams across multiple geographies
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred
  • Deep experience managing agencies and budgets, expert at writing creative briefs, developing scope of work and overseeing agency retainers
  • Experience building, nurturing, and leading high performing world-class marketing teams
  • Ability to understand the larger business context to propose integrated go-to market strategies across B2B, B2C and B2D audiences
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to link digital and traditional media programs to broader brand building marketing opportunities
  • Excellent relationship building skills across functions and responsibilities
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills and can work easily with all levels of the company
  • Creative thinker who can come up with big picture ideas
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Ready to travel roughly 10% of your time for internal meetings, agency reviews, or other business meetings
