Training / Learning Designer (m/f)
Grand City Property is a fast growing and dynamic company, focused on in­ves­ting in and managing value added real estate throughout Germany. We want to achieve a positive and success-oriented development together with our emplo­yees. We are looking for a professional and open-minded Training / Learning Designer (m / f) for a challenging role in the personnel development Team.

Job Description:
  • Development of learning "products" in various content fields e. g. working procedures, soft skills and more
  • Working together with internal Departments, Stake Holders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Design, develop and procure learning content and seminar concepts
  • Responsible for preparing course's curriculum and syllabus
  • Building e-Learning modules
  • Building user Friendly content (e. g. eBooks using PDF editor)
  • Regarding the "Learning Management System's" (LMS), mainly:
    • Building Course Portals
    • Knowledge sharing among trainees, mainly forums
    • Helping design of Learning Paths
    • Tests and evaluation - guiding instructors and SMEs
    • SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) definitions
  • Working with the Knowledge Manager, mainly in Knowledge Continuity / Knowledge Preservation and Transfer activities

Your Profile:
  • Relevant professional experience of at least 2 years in the field of training / learning design regarding job analysis
  • Further educational training i. e. "Blended Learning Design" is an advantage
  • Experience in building PowerPoint-presentations and e-Learning modules, applying learning design methods
  • Excellent experience working with tools such as MS Office, Adobe Captivate, Acrobat / PDF, and a technical affinity
  • Experience in design regarding LMS
  • Very good English language skills are required
  • Experience in using tools for developing e-learning modules, such as storyline, captive etc., is advantage
  • Commitment, quick readiness and curiosity to go in new ways
  • Enthusiastic personality with communication ability as well as a high social competence
