Your mission As leader of our marketing team, you will play a key role in both shaping the product as well as building and retaining our customer base. You will drive the growth and customer acquisition strategies through product and marketing channel optimization.

Your tasks
  • Overseeing and being main driver for the following areas: Online Marketing, Growth Hacking, App Store Optimization, Business Development with focus on Marketing, as well as managing all product development related projects from a marketing perspective, and direct reporting line to the VP of Product

  • Constant re-evaluation of performance of all Online Marketing channels

  • Increase number of users and conversion rate (website and in-product)

  • Development of a consistent Marketing Strategy, which efficiently scales the ZenMate business

  • Developing mobile marketing portfolio objectives and strategies for growth

  • Develop and manage the lead management process, including the strategy for lead qualification and nurturing

  • Challenge existing business model of our freemium and premium-only products

  • Responsible for effectively managing your team, conducting one-on-one's, driving KPI’s, deciding on and delegating tasks, conducting performance reviews & salary discussions

  • Leadership and mentoring role for our global Marketing Team

Your profile
  • Proven track record as Online Marketeer, growth hacker, or similar for a SaaS or online tech company (minimum 3 years working experience)

  • Extensive experience in managing a full and integrated marketing mix and of introducing new channels to existing plans. Knowledge should include web (usability, accessibility, user experience) and at least two online marketing channels and email marketing

  • First working experience in either people management or project/stakeholder management

  • You possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, as well as entrepreneurial spirit

  • You are very interested in digital marketing and in leveraging and building amazing, impactful products

  • In depth knowledge about SaaS funnels & metrics

  • You are data driven & very analytical: You don’t need to be a data scientist, per se, but you do need to know how data works and how to utilize quantitative methods. You’ve got to be familiar and comfortable with the technology and analytics, have a genuine inquisitiveness and curiosity for data.

  • You own a strong understanding of the mobile marketing landscape and about the potential and track record of the possibilities and solutions

  • You are a very sociable person, able to lead, to coach, to create cooperation, and create a winners mentality

  • You have a distinct competitive mentality of wanting to improve the business, your team and yourself every day

  • You communicate fluently in English
