Description

An exciting fintech/proptech startup is looking for a competitive sales/business development representative/account executive to attract new users. The successful candidate will play an important role in increasing revenue by generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing accounts.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Evaluate customers needs and build productive long lasting relationships

* Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

* Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

  • Prospect and build a sales pipeline for the Sales Executives via outbound calling and email communications
  • Qualify all sales leads, categorize as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments with Outside Sales team
  • Follow up with each Sales Executives, post meeting. Determine result of respective meeting, and follow up appropriately to close the loop
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with strategic plan, developed by the Director of Sales
  • Consistently log and record in CRM each-and-every outreach made, producing regular activity reports as requested by Director of Inside Sales

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

* Knowledge and understanding of technology trends and ability to comprehend company product and to communicate value proposition to prospects

* Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills - a true people’s person

* Familiarity with different sales processes and pipeline management

  • Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting
  • Adaptable, professional and courteous
  • Self-motivated, individual star but more importantly a true team player
  • Highly organized and attentive to details
  • Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with sales track record
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing or related field

GOOD TO HAVE BUT NOT MUST

Familiarity and or experience with commercial real estate and lendings

Technology, software or enterprise sales background

Proficient in CRM systems

COMPENSATION

Base salary, plus aggressive commissions and bonuses
