We are looking for a candidate to join our Master Data Management team and assure the high quality of our master data on raw materials purchasing.
You will review and validate supplier documents regarding packaging for raw materials deliveries (packaging certificates, e.g. UN test reports on packaging) according to BASF guidelines.
You will also maintain raw materials master data and packaging materials master data for raw materials in the SAP system.
You will apply your broad-based professional knowledge in conceptualizing and implementing guidelines for master data maintenance and in defining and optimizing processes.
In addition, you will act as a capable point of contact for inquiries from internal and external customers regarding the packaging materials for raw materials. What we expect
After earning your degree (bachelor's / master's degree) in engineering, you have ideally been able to amass professional experience in the area of packaging for deliveries of raw materials (packaging certificates, e.g. UN test reports on packaging).
You also have knowledge and skills in product safety, materials management and purchasing processes and guidelines.
You view working with Microsoft Excel as a matter of course, along with proficient communication in German and English.
Ideally, you have already worked with the SAP modules EHS and MM.
In addition, you are distinguished by an analytical mindset and enjoy contributing your own ideas as a team player.
